If you believe there’s inaccurate or incomplete information in a background report prepared by DataQuest, you have the right to dispute it. There is no cost to do so.
We’ll work with you to identify the specific information you’re disputing. We understand how time-sensitive these matters can be and will make every effort to complete our reinvestigation as quickly as possible.
Depending on the nature of the dispute, the process can take up to 30 days, and in certain limited circumstances may take up to 45 days. However, we’re often able to resolve matters much sooner.
